1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the “Guest”) and 931 Miracle Strip LLC (operating under the brand name “Camp Detour”) RV Park (collectively “Camp Detour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By reserving or occupying a site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.

1.1 Reservations & Deposits

  • Full balance is due at the time of reservation. We accept major credit cards and debit cards; no cash or personal checks.

1.2 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel ≥ 14 days before arrival: reservation will be refunded less a $10 processing fee.
  • Cancel < 14 days but > 7 days: 50 % of the reservation total will be refunded.
  • Cancel ≤ 7 days: No refund.

1.3 Check‑in / Check‑out

  • Check‑in: 2 PM.  Check‑out: 11 AM.
  • Late check‑out requires prior approval and may incur an additional fee.

1.4 Park Rules

Please review our Park Rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.

1.5 Liability & Assumption of Risk

Camping involves inherent risks—including uneven terrain, wildlife, and weather events. You agree to hold Camp Detour and its owners harmless for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, except in cases of gross negligence.

1.6 Pets

  • Pets are welcome for an additional charge and must remain leashed at all times.
  • You are responsible for immediate clean‑up and for any damages or injuries your pet causes.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.

  • Contact Data: name, email, phone, and mailing address supplied via HubSpot forms or during booking.
  • Reservation Details: stay dates, site type, vehicle information, and party size.
  • Usage Data: website analytics (Google Tag Manager) and engagement with marketing emails or SMS.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To process inquiries, reservations, and SMS notifications regarding your stay.
  • To send marketing messages about park updates or promotions — always with opt‑out options.
  • To improve our website and guest experience.

2.3 SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages from Camp Detour (sent on behalf of 931 Miracle Strip LLC). Message frequency varies. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

2.4 Cookies & Tracking

We use first‑party cookies for site functionality and third‑party cookies (Google Analytics) for aggregate, anonymous traffic metrics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not function properly.

2.5 Data Security & Retention

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by our booking, CRM, and messaging providers. We retain data only as long as necessary or as required by law.

2.6 Your Choices

  • Unsubscribe links are included in every marketing email.
  • Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of text messages.
  • You may request, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected].

2.7 Policy Updates

We may modify this Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance.
